LUMBERJACK®LJ100 is the smallest of the larger LUMBERJACK® cutters and can be supplied with hose connection ¾”,1” or 1 ¼”. The LJ100 operates effectively already at 180 LPM (50 US GPM) and can handle pump pressures up to 250 Bar (3500 PSI). LJ100 can operate in pipe sizes from 100 mm (4”) up to possible 300 mm (12”). The LJ100 is delivered as a kit according to your needs.
The LUMBERJACK®LJ100 skids are firm with a sturdy construction and each sled size is made to give the optimal performance for each cutting job. Never operate the LUMBERJACK® without the proper sled mounted. Sizing is the way to success. The length of the cutting link, in a concrete pipe, should when setting up the cutter for the job, be approx. 6-8mm / 1/4” -5/16” longer than the diameter of the sled used. If performing a cutting job in PVC pipe or other more fragile pipe materials, make sure cutting links are shorter than the sled diameter, preventing cutting links damaging the pipe. Save your used and worn links for this type of application. Assure pipe is straight before starting your cutting job. Important operating instructions are found in the operation manual.
