La buse enz® KBRV est dotée de 2 jets semi-radiaux dirigés vers l'avant à un angle de 45°. Par conséquent, cette buse doit être équipée de jets de poussée supplémentaires ou être montée sur une lance. Les jets avant désintègrent la plupart des résidus et évacuent les débris en amont de la buse.
