  • BL SWIPER® Black

    €0,00
BL SWIPER® BLACK is the smallest nozzle in the BL SWIPER® family and is recommended for pipe sizes from 100 mm up to 250 mm (4”-10”), depending on available water flow rate. The BL SWIPER® BLACK is designed to work with clean water. The BL SWIPER® cleaning nozzles are developed for maximum cleaning power of sewers and storm water pipes with a construction made to optimize the cleaning effect by using the waterflow from the high-pressure pump together with the jet streams, created through the nozzle design. The water flow, through the pressure in the jets, creates a jet stream and the jet streams create increased moving power through several channels in the nozzle. The total force generated by the nozzle, air and water force, depending on if nozzle work under water or in dry pipe, is used to clean the pipe in a resource saving manner. Benefits of BL SWIPER®: • The water/air channels create immoderate force at lower energy level resulting in lower fuel consumption. • Operate effective already at 30 Bars (450 PSI) pressure at the nozzle. • Can easily be adapted for effective cleaning in water filled pipes. • Low total water and energy consumption. • By operating the BL SWIPER® according to the instructions you save money, wear and tear of the jetting unit and in total lessen the environmental impact.
  • BL SWIPER® Green

    €0,00
BL SWIPER® GREEN is recommended for pipe sizes from 150 mm up to 600 mm (6”-24”), depending on the available pump capacity. The BL SWIPER® GREEN is designed to work with clean water. The unique design of the BL SWIPER® series of pipe cleaning nozzles create the highest power at the lowest energy demand. This will decrease cleaning time, total water consumption and tear and wear on your jetting unit. The effectiveness of a cleaning nozzle can be measured through the travelling time it needs from downstream manhole to upstream manhole. With the same travelling speed, the water jets, when retracting the nozzle, will move material faster and more effective to the downstream manhole. The inner design of the BL SWIPER® ensure long and well gather jets with incomparable cleaning and material moving power. BL SWIPER® series of nozzles are extremely powerful. Always use extender pipe when possible, preventing nozzle from turning in pipe. When BL SWIPER® nozzle is travelling up the pipe and getting close to the upstream manhole, slow down the feeding of the hose to prevent nozzle from jumping out of the manhole.

The BL SWIPER® is developed to move material in pipe, sand, gravel, stones, and sludge. The low jet angle, together with the long jet stream, increase the speed of the water in pipe. This design moves material faster and more effective than most pipe cleaning nozzles. Why choose a BL SWIPER®? • You are looking for a high effective pipe cleaning nozzle that makes the most of your jetting truck investment. • You want to save total water consumption on each individual cleaning job. • You understand your jetting truck will never be more effective than the tool at the end of the hose. • You are looking for a nozzle lasting and performing for a long period of time • You need an effective nozzle that still can be operated in a manner avoiding blowing toilets.
  • BL SWIPER® Red

    €0,00
BL SWIPER® RED is recommended for pipe sizes from 150 mm up to 600 mm (6”-24”), depending on the available pump capacity. The BL SWIPER® RED is designed to operate with recycling water or clean water. The design of BL SWIPER®RED is specially developed to stand the blasting effect from recycling water. The nozzle is always supplied with ceramic stainless-steel jets. Due to the water conductive design together with the air channels the nozzle clean pipe extremely effective already at 30 bars (450 PSI) pressure at nozzle. This means lower rpm on jetting truck, less fuel consumption as well as less wear on high pressure pump, valves, hoses etc. Operating according to our instructions our customers have been able to cut diesel consumption with as low as 60%. That is a great saving and prevent you from putting money down the drain. Considering a diesel consumption of +50 liter per hour (13 gph) for a high-volume recycling truck your investment in BL SWIPER® cleaning nozzle will shortly turn into saved money on your bank account.
  • BL SWIPER® Red Large

    €0,00
BL SWIPER® RED LARGE is recommended for pipe sizes from 300 mm up to 1200 mm (12”-48”), depending on available pump capacity. The BL SWIPER® RED LARGE is designed to work with recycling water as well as clean water. Due to the extreme power of the BL SWIPER® series of nozzles, the exchangeable jets need to be adapted to working task. Depending on working task there are two different jet setups: The standard set up of BL Swiper® is used where the water level in pipe is low, meaning there is no water in pipe or just a low level (max 50 % water coverage of the nozzle). The standard set up is also used when it is a need to reduce risk of blowing toilets. Service lines from housing with sensitiveness to rapid air currents always need to be considered. By the proper operating technique this can easily be avoided with the BL SWIPER® series of nozzles, without affecting the cleaning power in main line. We are happy to assist with operating instructions. If you want optimal cleaning efficiency in pipe with low water level and clean the pipe as quick as possible with minimal total water and diesel consumption, use a maximum pressure, pulling back the nozzle , of 60 bar (900 PSI). Note that BL SWIPER® works effective already at 30 bar (450 PSI) pressure at nozzle. The high-water level set up is used where the water level in pipe is high. Contact us to learn more.

  • Bulldog® Antiblast

    €0,00
Cleaning sewer lines when near home installations brings the risk of pressure equalisation through toilets or stench traps. This comes from negative pressure arising ahead of the nozzle or excess pressure following the nozzle if the installation is not correct or venting is not working properly. It's a very unpleasant surprise when this effect unintentionally turns a toilet into a shower! For this reason, enz® collaborated with a prestigious technical institute to develop and test the Bulldog® Antiblast. The Bulldog® Antiblast prevents this unpleasant side effect and guarantees cleaning in all directions, right down to the pores. Advantages No pressure equalisation through stench traps or toilets Excellent streak-fee, all-around cleaning Low maintenance, and compatible with recycled water Proven design Very simple to match to pump capacity Scientifically examined and tested

  • C-RAY® 400

    €0,00
Customer that was using our JAWS®nozzle asked us to develop a bottom cleaning nozzle with the same technology and quality as the JAWS®. The result was the C-RAY®400. The C-RAY®400 is made in quality stainless steel with the same water directing technology inside for the most effective debris moving power. A bottom cleaning nozzle is to prefer when pipe is somewhat larger, and the debris is mainly in the bottom of the pipe. C-RAY®400 operate effectively, depending on available water pump capacity, from 400 mm pipes up to 2500 mm (15”- 100”). It is supplied with 8 rear jets and, if necessary, a front jet. Many bottom cleaners have more rear jets than this but with our background as pipe cleaners and the investigations we have taken part in, we know that it is better to have fewer jets with more power than many with less. This is easy mathematics calculation the diameter of each jet. Comparing a 2 mm jet with a 4 mm jet, the 4 mm jet is four times as thick and four times as strong. Each C-RAY®400 is delivered with a quality harden stainless steel swivel, which purpose is to capture the movement of the hose and make sure the nozzle is correct positioned in pipe.
