Standard nozzles Front
€0,00Many of our customers want to avoid getting water pushed out from pipe especially when performing pipe cleaning in houses and where pipe is clogged and there are limited possibilities for the water to travel anyway but through the access. If the sewer water overflow it will create extra job cleaning floors and other areas from the dirty water. Our Standard Nozzles - Front are only supplied with front jet(s) and no thrusting rear jets to get around this problem. Once nozzle is mounted on the sewer cleaning hose, the nozzle is pushed by feeding the hose by hand, towards the obstacle. When nozzle reaches the clog, the high-pressure pump is activated, and all pressurized water will beat the clog. It is important to work with great precautions with these type of nozzles, due to risk of nozzle being pushed back once the water pressure is activated. Our Standard Nozzles-Front are made of quality stainless steel. They have a smooth design making the nozzle close to same size as the outer diameter of the cleaning hose. This is in many cases a big advantage when nozzle must travel through bends or different pipe sizes to reach the obstacle and minimize the risk of getting stuck in pipe. -
Standard nozzles Ground
€0,00Our Standard Nozzle Ground are used for cleaning pipes to remove lighter material in pipe such as sand and sludge. With no front jet(s) and only supplied with rear thrusting jets, all waterpower from nozzle is used to increase the transporting speed of the water in pipe to bring the material downstream to main line or to be removed through suctioning. The Standard Nozzles Ground are made of quality stainless steel. The design is smooth and with a smaller diameter than many other nozzles, close to outer diameter of the cleaning hose. The smaller and smoother design help nozzle travel through bends or different pipe sizes to minimize the risk of getting stuck in pipe. The jets are drilled into the nozzle body and the sizes are adapted to most common water flow rates and pressures for each hose size. Some thread sizes come with multiple flowrate options. The flowrate in the description is presented in litre per minute or US Gallons per Minute at 100 Bars (1450 PSI) pressure at nozzle. -
Standard nozzles Hit
€0,00Our Standard Nozzles Hit are used to open up clogged pipes, as well as transport lighter material to main line or to removing point. With one front jet and multiple rear thrusting jets, well balanced, allow the nozzle to travel fast up the line. The waterpower from the nozzle is used for working on obstacles in pipe, as well as, increasing transporting power of the water in pipe to remove the material. The Standard Nozzles Hit are made of quality stainless steel, with a smooth design and smaller diameter than most other nozzles with same thread. The outer diameter of the nozzles is close to the outer diameter of the cleaning hose. The small and smooth design favour nozzle passing through bends or travelling past smaller off-sets or different pipe sizes and minimize the risk of getting stuck. The jets are drilled into the nozzle body and jet sizes are adapted to the most common water flows and pressures for each hose size. Some thread sizes come with several flowrate choices. The flowrate stated in the article description is in litre per minute or US Gallons per Minute at 100 Bars (1450 PSI) pressure at nozzle.
